Bud brings 35 years of experience with expertise in both a business advisory capacity and as a litigator. This unique combination helps his clients manage the legal aspects of their business, minimizing distractions, reducing legal expenses and allowing them to spend more time productively on growing their business.

Bud has a wide-ranging business consulting practice. Advising clients on legal issues including, but not limited to the negotiation and drafting of contracts, employment matters, corporate governance and real estate transactions. Bud’s work as a litigator allows him to tackle problems from a unique perspective, helping his clients save time and money. Most important perhaps, Bud spends the time necessary to really know his clients and their business needs.

In addition to business counseling, bud has successfully represented his clients in numerous Federation and State Courts throughout the country. His trial work includes cases of breach of contract, construction disputes, business torts and employment matters, as well as a wide range of real estate concerns.

But it is proactive in serving his clients’ needs to reduce legal concerns so they can invest their time and resources growing their business.


Outside of work Bud has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations including; Board Chair of Hillel at Washington University in St. Louis. He enjoys watching soccer, as well as coaching and refereeing. He is also an avid golfer.
